Driver training

This area is for staff members that are responsible for training drivers.

It gives access to all drivers and allows one to set which contracts, charters and types of vehicles an employee is suitable for.

Selecting an employee

Use the "Search" input to search for a employee. The list of employees can be restricted to individual depots if required. Use the "previous" and "next" page buttons to see more results.

Click/tap on an employee's name to edit their details.

Setting an employee's details

Notes

Any notes written here will be visible to operational staff. These notes can also be viewed and edited in employees.

Contract suitabilities

Set which contracts an employee has been trained to drive. Contracts are usually entered as individual routes, so this allows the employee to be set as suitable for specific routes.

Vehicle suitabilities

Set which types of vehicles an employee is licensed to drive.

Quoting category suitabilities

Set which quoting categories an employee is suitable to drive. This is more about the type of driver you want interfacing with certain groups of clients.
